    HOW TO USE SHEAVE GAUGE TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF WEAR USING A WIRE ROPE SHEAVE GAUGES

    How to use the Sheave Gauge to measure the level of damage to Sheave.

    1. Place the Sheave Gauge to the size that matches the Sheave.
    2. Use a flashlight/lamp and shine a light on the back of the sheave gauge
    3. Check the light between the gauge and the Sheave. if there is light, Replace or Re-tool the Sheave.
